Duties：
Key job responsibilities as follows:
１.Lead and manage the three major work areas: R&D, production technology, and process improvement
２.New product and technology R&D, process improvement, and formulation of quality anomaly resolution plans
３.Sample design, development, inspection, and process introduction to mass production
４.Evaluate the investment equipment required for new product R&D and the cost recovery timeline
５.Track market trends in carbon fiber and composite material industries and prepare analysis reports
６.Plan and execute forward-thinking and innovative composite material new product projects
７.Conduct development of composite material applications for new 3C components and establish new product inspection standards
８.Composite material lamination, structure, mold and fixture optimization, or special process planning and tracking management
９.Interface and coordinate with customers to meet their specific product requirements
10.Responsible for process automation assessment and IE engineering optimization
1)Possess knowledge of carbon fiber and composite materials
2)Familiar with applications of various composites in products(Base materials, reinforcements, structural materials)
3)Must have 6+ years of hands-on and management experience in the carbon fiber and composite materials industry
4)International industry perspective and network preferred
